I wear sunglasses at work because of how bright the flourescent lights are... dead serious...
none of my coworkers care because some of them do as well...
I have light sensitivity when I'm feeling anxious because it makes everything seem surreal, I don't know.
I have the same thing at Target, maybe it is the lights that bug me soooo much. (flourescent lighting?)
And yep, cold hands and feet but they're sweaty and shaky!!! All the time.
My hands will be like ice and then bam I'll feel anxious and they'll go hot or stay cold.
I also feel the derealization too, and start looking around and everything starts feeling surreal, ugh I hate that sensation. I've had that on and off for 8 years.
