mad   Sometimes, even when I was younger, I would be in a store or something and get a sudden feeling of doom or feeling uncomfortable, like passing out and I would feel like I had to hurry up and leave the store. Has anyone else ever felt like that. It has happend soooo many times, even when I was younger, I dont know if it was a mini panic attack or what!! I seriously feel like I am crazy !AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

Sounds like panic to me. I get like that when I am in uncomfortable situations sometimes. Often in stores. I get a very hot feeling, like everything is hazy and I have to get out ASAP. I have many different stages of uncomfortable. I am sure this is one of yours. You should definitely not feel crazy.
Was on Zoloft for ten years. Trying to go natural for 7 months now, very difficult. Diagnosis: Depersonalization/Derealization, Panic, GAD, mild-OCD, mild-Depression.

Hi Angela

I used to get those feelings as well, only I did pass out before I could get out of the store or where ever. I did get over that rough patch, but every so often it does sneak up on me, now I try to just go with it or ignore the feeling. It really does make one think they are crazy, but we're not. I hope you find some relief soon.

Oh yes , but now I manage to stay in the shop. Sometimes the feeling goes , sometimes it doesn't and I start shaking etc... so I slow down , pick something up to look at and try and take my mind of the A/P.
Even thinking about something nice that's happened or something funny helps.
I talk to myself (in my head so ppl don't start staring) I say to my A/P - "hey , so you think your gonna make me go out when I don't want to , I don't think so , I'm bigger than you and you can't tell me what to do" and stuff like that - try to bully it away.

You are NOT crazy , things will get better :)
