Yesterday was the first day I felt my anxiety while at work. It was awful. Thankfully I was able to keep it under control and not run out and call my husband. That was a huge thing, all I wanted to do was sneak out to my car and call my husband. I could have gotten in trouble, so I resisted the urge and went on working. The worst of it lasted about 45 minutes, but I felt it all day.
I am just so tired of all this, I want a calm life and I don't feel like I will ever get it. Have you ever wished something would happen to you so it would just be over?

Thanks, I just wish I felt better today. My head is pounding, I can feel the anxiety in me and I'm trying to breath and keep calm. I feel like I'm on the verge of loosing it. This is almost how I felt before starting the prozac, it's scary, I know what I was thinking about before the prozac.

You did really well at work today..am proud of you!
It's only a minor setback..just relax...your skills at mastering panic attacks kicked in - you settled your breathing..and even though you felt shakey you held it together..wow..
Did you see a counsellor last time you had panic attacks?
If you did, a little visit to put you ontrack again could do the trick. tongue
