Urghh i'm so disappointed. I thought things were getting better and I was getting out of my anxiety and panic symptoms and then wham yesterday it all came back. I've been shaking all day yesterday and today and it feels like my insides are vibrating. My breathing is swallow and i'm in a constant state of impending doom. This is so annoying.

hugs to all,
Georgia

I'm sorry Georgia. I know what you mean though. I have a few days of feeling good and think things are going to be better and get up the next day and all the doom and anxiety is back. It's so hard to deal with. I do hope you get to feeling better.

georgia, I hope things get better for you, I know it's difficult to go through these phases of ups and downs, but at least know that there was a point when your anxiety wasn't so bad. Remember that it's not forever and these feeling will pass. It sometimes takes more time than we'd like, but it will, just know we are here for support. I know I had a set back, I went 1 full year without a full blown panic attack, and had something happen that triggered one. I felt upset with myself because I thought that all my work with controlling my anxiety had gone to waste. But I know that I went a whole year without the full blown panic, I know that I can do it again. It's just going to take some time. I hope you feel better ((Hugs))
