Urghhh I have been getting shaking again the last couple of days. My hands are so shaking I can barely type. I was feeling pretty calm the last couple of weeks and thought that the meds were starting to work and then yesterday my shaking started again and it felt like my insides are viberating and I having a hard time sitting still. I feel like I just want to jump out of my skin. It's so uncomfortable does this happen to anyone with anxiety or could this be a symptom of bi-polar?

hugs,
Georgia

Hi Georgia

(((Hugs))) honey I'm sorry this is happening to you. Yes I get the inside and outside shakes badly. Sometimes my hands shake so bad I can't hold things to drink my legs will also do this and have to be very careful of falling. I don't know if it's from the anxiety for from the fibro but the dr just changed my meds to see if this would help. Bless you honey you are in my prayers.
(((HUGS)))

Georgia~ I get shaky too. Its a horrible feeling, leaving you to wonder what else it could be causing you to shake so badly because it just doesnt seem like anxiety could do it. (((Hugs))) Unfortunatley it is one of the many lovely symptoms of anxiety. I shake so bad sometimes ..my legs, my hands, my teeth clatter. Just remember to breathe slowly and evenly and to repeat its only anxiety 100 times in your head. Hopefully it will go away soon so you can have some peace.

Hi Georgia, I was wondering if you have tried exercising? I know it sounds crazy but anxiety is physical (as we all know) and when I get the shakes I go running or I play with my kids. Anything that will get my heart rate up for at least 5 minutes. When someone first told me this I thought, I am not doing anyhting to make my heart beat any faster. One day I got desperate and tried it went for a walk with my husband, kids and the dog, I ran around played ball and was really amazed when it worked. It took everything I had to just get up and do it, but I was sooooo glad when I was done.

You may already know what I have just suggested, but if you don't try it and let me know how it goes. Either way I hope you feel better soon and I will keep ya in my prayers!
