I can't read my doctor's directions regarding my dosage. I am on my sixth day. I can't tell if my doctor wanted me to take 5mg for the first two weeks or 5mg for 5 days then up to 10mg. I know I have to call him about it when the office opens, but I figured I would ask you guys too. I can't stand doctor writing. It looks like chicken scratch and even the pharmacist couldn't read it so the instructions on the bottle aren't clear. The bottle says take 1/2 to 2 pills as needed. HAHAHAHAHAHAH yeah right! We all know there is NO SSRI that mad you take as needed.
Was on Zoloft for ten years. Tried to go natural for 7 months. Didn't work. Now I have started Lexapro and Klonopin. Diagnosis: Depersonalization/Derealization, Panic, GAD, mild-OCD, mild-Depression.

No worries, I called the doctor and he is going to give me a call back today. I should have called earlier because today is the sixth day, but I haven't gone beyond the indications of which I was sure. I was just unsure of how much to take starting tomorrow, so all should be good. You are right, the pharmacy should be more careful and should have called the doctor. They should know that SSRI's are not take as needed. Lucky for me I knew. Imagine if some newbie didn't know the general indications for SSRI's. Thanks Lyn.
