for the first 7 days i am going to take 5mg a day instead of 10
for the last 10 days i am going to take .25 mg a day,

if the lexapro was helping your anxiety, maybe do a swap to another lexapro or SSRI type antidepressant that is less sedating

Hi KGod86
Welcome to HW. I'm sorry your haveing probs with your meds. It is not a good idea to start playing with your dosages of your meds. This needs to be done under dr suppervision. If nothing else just call him and see if he can change your meds or how he would recamend you taking them. Please keep us posted on how you are doing.
I have an illness, My illness don't have me.
