Hi!
When I getting bouts af anxiety there is some thing vague happening to me.I'm wondering if there is any one else have the same experience ...some time my abdomin pulsating at the same time I'm having bowel and stomach cramps and spasm,I thought that is a palpitation and tachycardia, at the same time when I'm checking my pulse through the radial pulse, my pulse allways is normal..but I'm feeling some thing palpating and pulsating in my abdomin its like my stomach or my bowel pulsating from cramps or some thing else...... If any one  have the same problem , for your kind write and reply because this feeling make me more anxious .....thanks

OH yeah, this is really a typical anxiety symptom! I think th majority of have gotten this, I experience that every time I have anxiety. Don't worry your not alone on that one, it's one of my least favorite sypmtoms but is completely normal. Hang in there, this too shall pass.

many possible causes, try a change of diet ( more fibre) and see doc about it
in general its not good to closely monitor or check your body, it knows how to function without any oversight from you
especially dont listen in to your heartbeat
recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional

Your abdomen has a pulse as does your feet ........
It is normal to feel that feeling or the pulsating whilst going to toilet or on toilet especailly during bowel movements
I agree with harry dont monitor your body too much as it will only lead to more anxiety especially your heart

Thanks mate for your replies!
I didn't mean to have an advice,I know how man getting relax and I'm going through a CBT course...my question was if other people with anxiety suffering the same such me or not??
really its the worst symptom I get with the anxiety...why abdomen palpating (pulsating) and heart rate is normal...does it come with IBS? with this symptom allways I'm having a sever nausea.....

Get youself checked out if I were you I have crohns......I take meds for the nausea
You might want to be checked for IBS..........Just a thoought

Sorry your feeling so bad Yes I also have these cramps sometimes that stop me in my tracks and just have to stand there bent over and most time I can also feel the pain in my back. I will fill flushed and kinda clamy till the pain is gone. Hope this helps.
