does anyone just get anxious for no reason? i have that "feeling of dread" sometimes...i know that is normal. But what really makes me anxious is when I look around sometimes, I wonder if i am percieving things the way i am supposed to...like I wonder if what I am thinking/feeling is normal. Its hard to explain, does anyone else get this?

like i wonder if the way i look at everything around me is how everyone else looks at it...its probably just over-thinking and anxiety...but does anyone else get it? if so, describe!!

Hi tylerman,

I think I can relate to what you are talking about. actually, just today I had that dreaded feeling that I was in this semi dreamlike state, almost like everything was foggy around me. I was feeling perfectly fine this morning, but once the afternoon hit, the feeling hit, and I always think at first it's happening for no reason. And soon enough my arms are shaky my legs are shaky I feel like I can't breathe etc. After I calm down and think about how I was feeling I do find that I think possibly subconsciously I am thinking about something that will make me anxious. Usually I am worrying about so many things, I think sometimes we just get used to how we are thinking and don't even realize we are doing what we are doing, (if that makes sense) Our minds are very powerful and can trick us at times, it's up to us to figure out how to control it, but I think we all can agree that is the most difficult part. I hope that helped? Not sure if it makes much sense, today's been a rough day for me :)

I get those feelings of dreed that come out of no where. I'll be fine and the next moment i'm scared and I get the spacy feelings. Last night I got that feeling and it was really intense everything felt unreal for a little bit and of course that scared me right into a panic attack.
