- turning my problems over to God througout the day- His shoulders can handle what I cannot
- remembering to be grateful each day for what I DID accomplish and what I DO have rather than what I did not or do not have
- find a job
- find a roommate (housing)
- find a way to manage/cure my migraines
- exercise more
- eat better
- give myself permission NOT to worry
- have a little fun (even if I don't feel like it)
- dream again
- thrive - live - not just "survive"
- OVERCOME the desire to check out (think I've turned the corner on this one :)
- encourage others - pay it forward
- ETC. :)

Yes but even God saids you have to work to reap the harvest of your crops. I have losed most of the things in my life but I learned to build a cabin, then a home all by pushing myself and putting my problems aside for my family, if I can do this I know I can overcome my anxiety and I will do it even with God's help as I have seen God's help when it was needed most, and I thank God every day but even so we sometime have to help are self's to overcome are problems.

of course that's true but we don't have to do it alone. God wants us to work hard sometimes to strengthen our muscles (the inner kind)...emotional, anxiety, and strength of character. You CAN overcome your anxiety and while you are doing it, you are not alone.
For others reading, I'm just being me. I don't expect everyone to believe in God. That is a personal choice and everyones contribution on here is worthy and valid.

- start travelling farther
- make myself leave the house more besides just going to work or the gas station, like actually get out and do fun things
- exercise more
- start doing more creative things that I like to do, rather than staring at a computer screen all day non-stop and forgetting how to live life
- like hopeful said... "thrive" not just "survive"

What works for me is pushing myself. I hear more from my family I can't do something more then I tell myself that. I know they worry I'm going to hurt myself but I feel I'm always in pain anyway what's more. I do tend to over do it at times but try to stay on a regular pace. I enjoy life as much as I can and a little more. I just keep telling myself I can do this. Good luck to you all.

You are SO lucky freezing!! My dream is to go riding on the beach (ocean). Actually, my dream was to ride my horse (first one) on the beach, but since he died 10 years ago, I'll settle for riding ANY horse on a beach!! Have yet to be able to find someplace though...

My goal is to be able to jump in and tackle weekend chores without getting so overwhelmed at all there is to do that I mope around and hardly get anything done. I miss the feeling of accomplishment I used to get...

I got a friend that's got a big draft and can probably hold a few of us at one time lol he's about 4 feet wide and 18 teen hands high, I rode big jimmy for a 100 feet and had to get off of him, it was like riding on a table with your legs spreed so wide it hurts. But it fun to watch the kids ride him 4 or 5 at a time and when they start to fall off they all hang on to one another and go down as a group and old jimmy just stops and look at them.

Michelle, That to is something I to need to work on having CFS really sucks but at lease I have learned how to work around most of it, but need to do more. But at one time it would take everything out of me just to get the mail but I have now learned to use my energy wisely and to take my brakes when needed and for that I'm thankful that I have my horses so that I still can live my life the way I wish to and still go hunting.
