When I frist started having then I though I was going to die, I didn't know what was going on I had never even hear of a p/a the light headedness and being spaced out all the time going to the ER and I would be tired even just walking next door then after test and even more testings I found out that the paints I worked with had damaged my cns witch in turn I had gotten p/a, cfs and mcs something's I can't change but I'm fighting like hell to rid myself of the p/a and depression. After 12 years of it and reading all that I can about it I em not going to let it beat me.

Hi there KGod86 and Welcome to HW :)

Sounds like you have classic panic attack symptoms to me..but hey, best get it all checked out with your doctor..then you can take action and work towards feeling better...

Take good care.

:-)  up you have classic symtoms of it when your too anxious your pupils dilate coz your body thinks your in danger the eyes adjust to seeing things within 8 meter range when you feel like this look ahead it probably feels blurry, dont worry your not ill, weve all had the eye tests and ive read a fantastic bok by dr roger baker on panic attacks, and it has changed my life i have fully recovered.Remeber that if we didnt have anxiety or panic we would probably be extinct what you need is to maybe write hings down that are stressing you (mine was a long page!!!) and try do some relaxation, youl get over this dont worry just takes time and buy the book!!!!

Hello, I know exactly how you feel. Many times I just feel weird and I cant even describe it!! Today I was walking around the mall and I just felt weird, I didnt have an actual attack or anything I just felt weird. Most of the time I wonder is this really anxiety and I think that makes it worse by wondering what is wrong with me??

It does make you feel weird, it's almost like your brain checks out sometimes. I think it could be a way for our minds to take a break, almost like daydreaming about nothing. I notice I feel dizzy on the days I have high levels of anxiety. We always think the worst thing possible, but I think we know that in the back of our minds we are ok and it is just anxiety. I hope you start feeling better

hey man i feel the exact same you. Feels like im outta of it all day and for me it acually feels like my heads full of cotton or something- makes me feel all heavyheaded instead of lightheaded. I get that mentally numb feeling too. Anybody know if these feelings ever go away? Im not even anxious about anything except how the hell i get these feelings to let up so i can feel normal again.
