HI all I am new to this site, but so glad I found it! I have suffered from anxiety/panic attacks a few years back but was able to get it under control. Now it has came back with vengence! sad I guess its all the physical things that stress me out...numbness,dizziness,muscle pain, tight band feeling in head, just plain weird feeling...the list goes on and on! I have been to the doc had ct,all kind of bloodwork done and what worries me is my white blood cell count is high and they found urine in my blood but dont seem to think anything of it!!! mad Its just really frustrating for someone who already has health anxiety to be told these other things and its like they dont care! Oh well guess I have to learn to take one day at a time. Thanks for listening all!

Welcome to HW! :) I'm glad you found us. I'm glad I found HW too as it has done SO much for me in times of great despair and depression and even when I'm feeling good and feel like I have to tell everyone about it LOL

We're all here for you!!!! And i Know what you're going through as I have had the same symptoms.

The band around the head? Oh yeah, that's the worst. It's like, do I have a brain tumor? ha, but I know I don't, it's just all the stress and panic I'm feeling.

Welcome to our forum *HUGGS*

Hi there Threeboysmom
Well, I guess you live a very busy life with three boys to contend with..good grief no wonder you are feeling snowed under just now lol. Motherhood can be the most difficult and most rewarding job there is I reckon!
I agree with you that the physical symptoms of anxiety are ghastly..but you are gonna get through all this..I know that because you have done it before :)
Seems to me from reading your post that you need to go back to your doc and demand some answers - that way you can begin to deal with what ever is going on with your body and start working towards feeling better! Can you take another adult with you when you go because from experience when I am really anxious I don't always listen properly to what the doc is going on about..and sometimes come out of there thinking very confused thoughts lol ( worse than the ones I went in with lol)

Take good care.

Thank you all so much for the nice welcome! It is very nice to have a place to come to where people really understand and know what you are going through! As far as going back to the doctor I am next week for her to check everything. I was on a antibiotic which in turn gave me a yeast infection which I took cipro for and that can cause the blood in  the urine. As for my wbc count she said that can be from stress! Go figure! Anxiety is something else! Take care all and talk to you soon.
