just wondering if anyone ever feels like there head is really heavy. Kinda like its filled with cotton or something that makes it full. Im not sure exactly how to describe it, its kind of a weird feeling.

Hello! Yes I do have that feeling and it really kinda scares me!!! Im not really sure how to describe it either! I guess kinda like a spacey feeling, is that the only symptom you have?

haha i wish. Thats just my new one. I have not felt normal in over two months. Dp/dr has been killing me and im not really sure how to get back to normal.

UGH I hate that feeling. HATE it!!! It's awful and you feel just demented and kind of foggy when you feel like that.

I know what that's like. *hug*

And yes, it's a really weird feeling!!!

Hi Ludwig :)

Wondering if you are on meds? If so what ones? We have some wonderful people visiting HW who are a mine of info on these things.

What has your dp/dr recommended that you do to work towards feeling better?
And finally do you suffer from panic attacks?

ahh currently no im not, ive been off paxil for about a week but i felt like this while i was on paxil also so its not withdrawls i dont think. Im not really sure whats going on in my head.

i dont know if this is the same thing but for me i get where my head feels like theres alot of pressure... lasts for seconds and then goes away... scares me cuz i immediately start thinking omg its a brain tumor! i have been getting headaches too and not alot of sleep.. so who knows but i do hate that feeling!

Seizure disorder diagnosed 1998
