hmm i dont really know i just went through an episode of dp/dr and i guess i just still keep asking myself if i feel weird or something but i think i do. Its like im kinda drunk or stoned just really out of it. I have been taking 12.5 mg of paxil for a about two months except i quit it about a week ago cold turkey. i felt like this on the paxil though so i dont think it was a side effect. Anyways i just plain feel weird or different like theres still something wrong with my perception..maybe its just because its been sooo long since i felt normal or something...hah man i dont know this anxiety stuff is to  much for me. well i was just wondering if anyone has felt this way and if they ever returned back to normal???

From what my psychologist tells me, its definitely a part of anxiety. I felt the same way for about 3 weeks. Spaced out/stoned. I am also on paxil and you just have to wait for it to "kick in". Now I feel great and I can actually go places now without feeling like a panic attack is gonna kill me.

Does anyones arms ever feel weird along with the panicky feeling? Like a numbness almost but it goes away when I calm down.

Does the drunk/stoned feeling really feel like heavy headedness or just completely out of it? If so I have been going through it in and out for a couple of days and it is always the worst at night.

Anybody ever get rid of it or did everyones just happen for a little while and go away?

I think you should really bring this up to doc you could have a few things going on but Anxiety is no doubt the culprit to begin with
STILL if I were you I would see a doc about all this ........
