I'm new to the site, but I was wondering what you all fear or feel when you have an actual attack?
Mine is either that I am going to die or that I am going crazy

my biggest fear is that it will last forever.
my second fear is that i think it might not really be a panic attack, but a horrible disease instead.

1.) Fainting

2.) Not being able to get to my comfort zone soon enough to try to stop the panic attack

3.) Of going crazy

My biggest fear is passing out while driving. I guess I could pull over when I feel the panic, but I just keep on driving and then let it get the worst point.

I don't really have any fear when I have a panic attack. It usually happens out of the blue, for no obvious reason. Basically, I just freeze doing something ordinary, like climbing the stairs. I'll freeze half way up, can't keep going up, can't go down. I just sit there as long as it takes for the feeling to go away. My DR thinks I just have a delay mechanism. I handle crisis situations OK, but then the feelings of stress/anxiety get backed up and just come out at random.

I've always been a little weird.

When I'm having a panic attack, it feels like I'm gonna go completely crazy. I fear that I will never be normal again and I fear that it will never stop.

fear of emotionally/mentally hurting my loved ones who witnessed it.
my bf left me after witnessing 3 panic attacks. He said it was too much for him to deal with and he didn't wanna see me going through it anymore. I don't blame him cause I even fear myself sometimes.
