just a quick question

I am taking 1mg of ativan a day along with 100 mg of zoloft I am also trying to wean off of seroqel but every time I do the panic gets worse although I was once on 200mg and now I am down to 25mg so I am slowly getting off but it helps me sleep My question is could I up the ativan if it gets to bad for a little while after stopping the seroquel?

Hi Welcome to HW, you'll find this site full of friendly supportive people, who will try to answer any questions you have. It's great you have weaned down to 25 mgs of seroqel. I don't see any reason you can't take a bit more Ativan for your anxiety, but I would talk to your doctor about it first. You may find by the time your off the seroqel the zoloft may be working better for you. You don't mention how long you have been taking zoloft, so it may not have kicked in yet. I totally agree this is something you need to ask your doc we cannot endorse taking more or less of your meds hun it is best left up to you and your doc but I know I would talk to him if I were you

Thanks for getting back to me I will ask the doctor but yes I have only been on zoloft for a month I was on prozac before thatbut it stopped working for me..
