im pretty sure ive posted something similar i just cannot find the post!!
had these weird breathing things, actually i have no idea if its my breathing but it lasts about 2 seconds jumps from the top of my stomch into my throat!!! scares me...and i only ever get it once but i just got it like 5 times. usually afterwards i tell myself its ok, and i then have to burp alot just that i dont really want to because it makes me feel like i want to be sick! well i was just sick...because i couldnt stand teh burping feeling not coming out and if it did a bit it burned a bit in my throat! ive been doing so well, im fine, and then it comes back why? maybe its because i ate right before hand quite creamy stuff ate a bit more than i usually do! maybe its because of my eating habits? what i eat etC? or is this really just anxiety? im just fed up...i want it gone for good!!! even if it doesnt come much i still dotn want it around...and i have this fear that its all going to start from 0 again...maybe thats why. im just confused!!
anyone know that weird stomach throat feeling? its the best i can describe!!! thank u

aj,I am sorry as I cant relate to what you are describing but, nothing surprises me anymore with anxiety!! If it's bothersome or you just worry about it constantly go get it checked out. Nothing wrong with that and it will give you a little peace of mind! Sorry I couldnt help more.

This too shall pass!! Take care,Dottie :)

I get that TOO!!! It bugs the heck outta me!!!

I think that I can only breathe in my throat but really it just isn't dawning on my that my lungs are actually filling up with air and I begin to freak out.

I burp a lot too, and then I get the gross stuff coming up the throat if I just ate too much. Haha. And sometimes it burns if I just ate mexican food.

But the breathing thing is DEFinately from anxiety/panic. Your mind is playing tricks on ya, justl ike it plays tricks on me.

Try learning some breathing techniques.

www.pe2000.com

or

www.angelfire.com/planet/cbtonline

Both have breathing techniques listed on there, though I think the techniques on pe2000 are better.

I hope this helps. Remember, we're here for ya!! *hugs*
