Hey guys i just wanted to know if anyone ever feels this. Pretty much constantly for the past month it has felt like my brain has swelled to where this all this pressure around my skull kinda like my skull is to small or something. Also my jaw muscle at the top near my ear has been really soar this month too. All day they either have pressure or are tingling or doing something annoying. I havent seen a doctor yet because i figure with everything else its just anxiety but im not sure. Also does anyones vision get really weird like one second youll be focused on something and as you focus more on it the contrast turns into something like what a picture negative looks like until you blink or just look at something else? I think that is normal but im not sure again. Thanks everyone

Anxiety dose tend to tence up the muscles in your face as you said so, but the eye thing maybe the start of diabetes I'm sorry to say do you feel like you need to drink alot more now then before you may need to be check for diabetes, eye focuse and thirst are some good signs of diabetes. You need to see a doctor and find out if it is diabetes or just anxiety, I myself have diabetes now for 3 years and can say the eye thing was my frist tell, tell thing that made me check with my doctor for it.

I've felt the brain swelling thing.

The jaw muscle pain could be a sign of TMJ. Do you clench or grind your teeth? It's a very common disorder.

Your eye problem is something I've never heard of, I think you need to see a doctor about that. I will be focused on something and then my vision goes blurry, but the colors don't change. That sounds a bit strange.

Hi there
I agree with above posters
I do believe it is time to seek professional help about what you are feeling and what is happening to your body and eyes
Yes it may well be TMJ and as for the eye thing that one I have not heard unless in conjuction with diabetes
NOT saying you have diabetes but I am suggessting as others did to see a doc and find out wat is going on
Take care and keep us posted

Thanks for the replies. I was wondering freezinginAk if you could give me some more symptoms that you had if you have time. And if my eye thing is what you experience? I know before this all started i had that but no as often and not as drastic. The drinking thing, Im not sure if i have been drinking more or not i recently quit drinking all sodas and sugar drinks i mostly drink water or juices but it seems fairly normal i guess. Ill keep an eye on that. As far the brain swelling thing i hope that just chills out after a while i dont care much about but its really annoying.

I started having the eye focuse problem and still do, like when I'm driving in the mornings my eyes just don't seem to focuse as my body is ajusting to my meds and the suger level in my blood I would get that strange feeling in my head off anxiety and the sun light to shade from the trees really bother my eyes and the being thursty all the time. You can get the shakes really bad as well and the feeling of being tried or you can get to the point that you feel so out of control that you get disoreanted(sp) when your blood suger gets to high or to low. But you should really go and see your doctor now just a simple blood test will tell him or her if you have diabetes having an uncontroled blood suger level can cause you to go into a diabetic shock and can kill you SO GO SEE THE DOCTOR NOW PLEASE.

Now I can't say for sure that you have diabetes but the juices from some fruits do have alot of suger in them and the same for potatos and even bannas, a normal person's blood suger is around 60 mine runs around 80 to 150 with a stricked diet of low suger and low carbs no fast foods and  low fat meals eaten in small amounts though out the day. i hope that helps you and keep  us posted

hi jackson, my recommendation would be to go to your MD and tell him about what you are experiencing. I would also do some google/reading on TMJ and I would schedule an eye exam. Their is something called "opthamalgic migraine" (sp?) you might wan to do some research on that and of corse the diabetes. Of course, don't allow your researcg to increase your anxiety. Let your doctors worry about that and tell you if something is wrong.
