Happy thanksgiving everyone!

I'm just wondering how many ativan I'm going to have to take to get through it.

ugh

I'm panicking right now and NO one is even here yet lol

I've already taken one Ativan and am considering taking another.

Hey Twiggy!! we don't do thanksgiving in australia (phew) but I have my work x-mas party tonight (9 hours) and I'm stressing too.  I don't want to take a valium yet because my doc is getting reluctant to prescribe and I'm scared he might just STOP.  Arrgh!! Email me if you need some hand holding !!! We can do it...arghh!!!!

WELL I did a HECK of a lot better than I thought I would.

I was panicky at times but had a LOT of fun with my family and we played games and drank and just talked and had fun.

It was fun and I enjoyed all my family's company. I only had to take ONE Ativan today and that was when I woke up and my heart was racing...

since then... I've had bouts of panic throughout the day but I just calmed myself down and had fun.

Happy Turkey Day!

And I ate waaaaaaay too much pumpkin pie! hehe
