Thank you Michelle and Dillion for the warm welcome (Lyn and Peter too). I'm very happy to be here. I think HealingWell is a wonderful support venue and I am so proud of all of the people who have the courage to grow. I like the saying "what you can feel you can heal." Sometimes we feel too much but every tear is like cleansing liquid for the soul. To keep things bottled up inside is a slow death. Life isn't for sissies (i mean that in the best possible way). We have each other. I'm glad that I have all of you and I'm glad that I can help in some small way.

Hi. I spilled coffee all over my keyboard and just replaced it today. Can't tell you how many times I went over to my puter. Missed you all.
