I was out in my barn today with the goats and mini horse and I hit my head REALLY hard on a 2x6. I was running out of the stall kinda fast cause my goats try to follow me everywhere. Well now I cant get the idea out of my head that I must have a crack in my skull, a blood clot or some other very bad head problem now.
I just cant get this idea out of my head now and I am afraid to go to sleep tonight thinking I might not wake up and I keep telling my self I am fine but My brain dosent want to believe me.
Any ideas to help calm me down so I can sleep?

Oh my that sounds painful!  Are you bleeding ?

*HUGS*

Just breathe, think to yourself *if I need to go to the doctor, I CAN, but I'll wait until tomorrow to see how I feel*

I had a full blown panic attack earlier today for hours and I passed out and now just woke up.

EEK

Now I feel dizzy, and extremely exhausted and shaky and i just took an Ativan cuz I feel awful.

Now I'm wondering if I'm sick with something?  Because I felt such bad waves of nausea earlier I couldn't even stand up.  (I actually ran to the bathroom thinking I was going to hurl, but didn't)

Just breathe hon, and feel for a bump.  You could have had a concussion maybe, but it doesn't sound like it.  Ice the bump  *nods*

I hope this helps

Thank you for responding. It didnt really bleed much but I do have a
2 1/2 inch cut where I hit the edge of the bord. It was very painful, I cryed and tryed to play it off but my 3 year old son knew something was wrong and asked if he could put his fav drawing ( he drew on paper) on my head to make the boo boo stop hurting. I think I kissed his little check about 100 times, His offer made me feel alittle better. I do have a bump and it hurts alot, My husband says I am fine so I am trying to believe him.

Oh my I do hope you are feeling better it sounds like you had a bad day! You might be coming down with something, I notice my anxity is worse when I am getting sick. I do hope you feel better. It is so scary to pass out. I really hate that feeling. Try to rest and take some Vit C to help you incase you are getting sick.
Best wishes

Eek that DOES sound painful. I cut my head open some years ago but had to go to the ER cuz it was too deep to close on it's on.

Aaaaw that's so cute !!! Your son sounds adorable. And listen to your husband if he thinks your fine.. (as long as you're not bleeding too bad!!!) My mother used to get whacked in the head all the time by my sisters with cabbage patch kids, etc. LOL She's doing fine... hehe

Yeah I'm trying to rest, I slept til 8 PM tonight cuz I crashed. Maybe I am coming down with something. I HOPE NOT!!!
