hello guys, it's one of those days.  doesn't take much for me sometimes.  i think holiday and excitement whether good excitement still feels like anxiety, and throws me in a mode.
does anyone else go through times when they feel they are in control over their worries, got a handle on them, then suddenly it's back. same things, when you've already thought you put the worrie to rest.  i hate this!  eyes   i'm not sure so much info at our fingertips is such a good thing for someone like me,/us.... i don't seem to be able to read anything without associating it to me!
i can't possible have ALL the symptoms of everything i read. what is this.... what can o do about it.?? ideas..

I do agree the internet is great for some things BUT not for Health Anxiety Sufferers............
I gave up going to sites I would convince self from the list of symptoms
and my Nursing background really put my head in a tizzy ........I have had it all and then some
Laugh ........and loud really laugh I am not kidding just have a good laugh at self and say what the H am I doing I have A/P yes I do ............

"ask your doctor this " lol.......

Just keep coming here and posting and post to he happy thread and inspirational and Christmas thread get your head out of symptoms and come up with some creativity I know you got it in ya

Hello yorkielvr

I can totally convience myself I'm ok and then get slaped in the face with anxiety again. I do get anxious from good things in my life as well as the bad things and something it gets really hard because I have no noise tollerance anymore. Just hang in there and try your best to enjoy the holidays they will be over before you know it.
(((HUGS)))

ok well lyn, i'll let ya all get a good laugh out of this last one then.  I have thought i had parkinsons because of the twitching, all i had to do was look up hand and pinky twitching, an low and behold, michael j fox's first symptoms!!!  it FREAKED me out.  i mean some are vague but some are so specific to you and i just went balistic.  Then i got to reading more to try and find something to ease me that it might NOT be that. and kept getting the same crap come up!!! i dug a bigger hole.  LOLLLL

(not funny really)   nono    guess i shouldn't have done that. but geeze louease...  i do type for a living, and i was thinking maybe, just maybe i had rested my elbow on the desk or something simple like that, which i do when i read on the net.  maybe i cut some circulation off.  but instead of thinking the most logical, why do we jump to the horrific things???

Your not the only one yourkielvr. I hope you can get some reassurance that you are ok. A/Pers are more intune to things going on with thier bodies than most people. Hang in there.

Lyn you have a case of the giggles today dont you...
