Have you ever woke up in the morning and knew you were going to have an off day, this happens at least once a week for me, i hate it and want to sleep all day, but i know one thing i quit smoking and it has helped a million!

most time when i wake up and know that i am going to have an off day is because i wake with a panic/anxiety attack already going on. and yes most of the time i sleep the day away but that is because of the meds that i am on

to athmildy

you need to lower the dose of your meds or perhaps take all just before bed, ask doc

even though long recovered from anxiety I am still at my worst on waking and have to lecture myself on the benefits and needs of getting out of bed yeah

part of the problem is that I live alone in very comfortable circumstances....

I used to make myself worse on a morning and cause myself to have a bad day.  I would wake up and think to myself, will I have a good or bad day??  Then I would look for symptoms of anxiety.  When you look hard enough you find them and my day used to go downhill.

Thank goodness im not like this now!

I do find it to be semi self fulfilling. The more I let it get to me that I am having a bad morning the more likely the day is to snowball in getting worse.
