I was wondering...I have been suffering from insomnia for over 6 months, and i think i have panic attacks, anxiety, depression(insomnia).  I dont know what to do.  I feel lonely all the time, empty, sad, cant sleep as you can see im wide awake at 1, thoughts that im going to die, sudden thoughts that are irrational at the time because fear of death etc(panic attacks).  I need suggestions about what to do.  I just had my gall bladder removed but the semptoms continue, and have been for months....help

You should go to a psychiatrist and tell him/her what you've been going thru. A good checkup by your regular doctor wouldn't hurt either. but when it comes to mental problems, psychiatrists are better than a regular doctor. I'm sure that others here will agree! :)
Welcome and keep coming! :)

Welcome to HW
Yes I totally agree with Janet you need to seek professional help and get all out in the open
and see what can be done to help you out
Many that suffer with A/P have the same as you
Please know you are no longer alone and I hope you will post often and let us know how you make out
There are relaxation techniques like breathing and meditation to help as well as CBT
Hoping to see you again

I'm gonna agree too... get professional help...

I am a night owl myself... I stay up til 5 AM usually and wake up at 3 PM everyday...

but then again I've been on that schedule sing I was a kid...

I'm sure if you talk to a doctor about how you're feeling they can perhaps get you on some type of med that will help you, or maybe direct you to a therapist too.

Hope to see you around...
