Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone has been in an outpatient program for anxiety/depression, and if so how was it for you? My therapist recommended this to me as a possible option in helping me get better. I was looking into some of them in my area and they seem pretty good. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks :-)

do try them, much depends on the person running them, maybe fortify yourself with a benzo first just in case

let us know how it works out

Thanks Lyn and Harry, I am trying to look into my insurance to see what they cover. I'm a little scared about going through with it, but like you said lyn, what do I have to lose? I definitely don't think I can get any worse. Thanks again

concern and worry about doing anything new or for the first time is called anticipatory anxiety and can be a big problem for an anxiety sufferer I will do a post on it
