Dear A.l. I'm so sorry you are having a series of bad events. I can certainly relate! I'm very depressed though instead of anxious. I think when you are anxious you still feel hopeful but worried. I have days when I lose my hope. Thankfully, I see a glimmer still. All I can suggest is that you literally take one day at a time. Don't allow your thoughts to get ahead of you. Write out a to do list and focus on that. Deal with the next thing when you can deal with. Journal at the end of the night. Write out all of your thoughts - even the nasty ones, curse if you need to and then crumple it up. Hope it ends soon.
