Hi ramon, there are miny differant types of natural remedies for depression and green teas for it and you can find then at most health food stores if that's the way that you want to go with but I have found that it's cheaper to go on the meds for it and I feel much better on the meds

Hello, first of all I strongly applaud your conviction to make it with out those drugs.

Ok as far as being all right without drugs, first whenever you do notice that you are happy or feeling good, give thanks for that. You know, like if you are watching a funny movie and start laughing and feeling good, just say something to yourself like "Right now I am happy, and I am very thankful for this happiness". It’s important you select the right medication. Mostly doctors try to promote some sponsored products. Since you have tried so many drugs, you might as well try
Theramood  products which benefited me so much.

I have been going the no med route for some time now.  I think for me it would be more of a "quality of life" thing to go on a med.  I "function" off them but if I were on them it might just do me some good.  Again personal prefferance.  No  meds is a LONG HARD ROAD.  Just know that every day will be both a struggle and a victory...
