What does it mean when you notive you are a bit shaky, maybe in your knees when standing or walking, and your heart seems to be beating faster.  It happened again today and hasnt happened in a while.  I has eaten a banana and a bowl of mac n cheese at this poiint it was 2:00.  I ate peanut butter bread took a klonopin and passed out.  Does anyone ever think they are hypogycemic?  I just hate this because usually that feeling is a pre-set to a panic attack with heart palps and the whole nine yards!

I get this a lot... mostly when I'm walking through scary places (like the mall), I feel like I almost want to drop to the floor.

EEk.

It's an awful panicky feeling.

I sometimes think I am hypoglycemic as well.. but I'm not...

Did you not eat for many hours when you were feeling shaky? I start to get dizzy and shaky if I don't eat.

Or if I'm panicky.

Either way

Hi Leah, but want you are saying and what you have eaten dose not sound like hypoglycemia
banana have a lot of sugar in it as well as the mac and cheese has a lot of carb's in it, carb's turn to sugar in your blood I myself have diabetes and just eating half a banana brings my blood sugar way up and I get the same feelings of high anxiety, the shakyness and so on. let me ask you a ? do you have a problem with bured vision in the mornings when going to work driving or thirsty all the time if so you may want to be checked for diabetes. When I found out that I had diabetes my blood sugar was way up there and I had a major panic attact from it and ended up in the ER

I don't mean to scare you but you may want to be checked for diabetes as miny of the same symptoms for anxiety disorders coinside with diabetes
