Lately, I've been getting so very hot that I sweat bullets. It's like I'm in a desert. I've always been warm-natured, like my mom, but lately this has been extreme. Then it may be a little later that I'm cold! Mom will be comfortable usually, rather I'm hot or cold, as in the past, we were usually in agreement on our "thermostats". I don't know what's causing it. I am 42, so probably premenopausal, but my ob-gyn said my "plumbing" is all good. He didn't give me a specific hormone test, said it was unnecessary. I'm now on 30mg of buspar 2x a day. I don't think it would be a reason...sigh...I'm trying to "face, accept, and let time pass" in dealing with my anxiety as Dr. Weekes taught. Don't know what's going on with me.
thanx 4 listening

Tomorrow's unknown
Today is here
And soon will be gone.
Use it wisely
Before it's too late
Remember to love
And forget to hate.
