Been awhile since I last posted. Things got pretty crazy with working, the holidays....which are OVER!.....kids being home. Updating, I had horrible anxiety and depression back in September and October, it got so bad I finally went to the doc. She put me on prozac and after having the dosage upped I started doing alot better, feeling good, more relaxed.

Now for the last few days I can feel the anxiety building up all over again. I don't know why. Things have calmed down some here at home and work is going fine, but it's still there! The depression isn't back.....hopefully it won't be....but the anxiety is just about as bad to have.

I don't really know what to do, if anything right now. I'm just trying to ride it out and see what happens.

Thanks for listening.

Hang in there...I hope it clears back up for you again...I know with me sometimes if things get too calm my anxiety flairs kinda like my mind has too much free time to cause trouble...Perhaps make an effort to add a hobby or something of the like to your day if you dont already.

Yeah, I guess it's kinda of the reverse. Instead of thinking "it's all so bad, how will it ever be better", I'm now thinking things are going to well and it just can't last. UGH!!! My poor husband doesn't know what to do.

If only it were easy enough to throw it at the wind and start over...unfortunately trying to "throw it away" is about as productive as spitting out a car window when the car is traveling 60 mph...it is bound to come back and whack ya in the face. If you face it however it cant WIN....
