No family heart probs...don't worry bout me..and thanx for you reply..it's just when I get anxious - part of P/A's I guess..have been to the doc recently and nothing showed up with various tests etc...guess I was at wits end and needed reassurance...calming now..think I will ring the doc.maybe I need to readjust meds etc.
Hugs for u AK.

Yes I think you should ring the doc and maybe take an aspirin just in case but alot of ppl feel like someone is sitting on there chest and hard to breath or they feel a sharp pain but if you have ANY ?'s GO TO THE ER and I hope that it is just your anxiety that was kicking in

Hi Maree, I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. When I get stressed out my heart beats faster -- like I can't catch my breath. It's probably just anxiety and STRESS. Do the deep breathing exercises and find a little time each day to talk a walk. Hope you feel better.

Great News! Sorry I didnt reply sooner but was in a similar boat myself and didnt quite know what to say! I would LOVE to hear the answer to your initial question tho! The only thing someone once told me was that a heart attack was like a crushing weight or really tight band around your chest. I'm sure there must be other variations though....

Take care,
Karen

Hi sweetie
Hoping you are still good

Heart problems or attacks are most commonly associated with numbness or total loss of feeling in one side of arm or body
Not always but most of time .......
