Except when you have OCD and can't have your dogs inside. lol

I'm thinking of getting another bird, just got to pick the right one that my 5yr old won't kill by touching it.

I know what you mean, atm I'm so scared of being alone no matter what time of day. I should say alone without adults around. It's just part of my condition and once I get my meds sorted hopefully those feelings will go again.
Currently I keep using it as an affirmation. 'This is just part of my illness and I WILL get better.'

Hi Paranoid Girl -

When I'm home alone with nothing to do, I also feel anxious.  So, you are not alone.  It is a constant struggle especially when the anxiety spirals into depression.  I've been trying to find things to do to keep me busy, but it can be hard sometimes.  Especially, when my motivation isn't there.  But, tonight I'm going to my Yoga class and that usually puts me in a better mood!  :)

Hang in there!
