a natural remedy is ginger - either in the form of ginger ale or ginger gum. otherwise, there are over the counter anti-nausea meds like dramamine and the like for motion sickness that would probably also help.

Hello angest
I will also recamend Emetrol for nausea. This is over the counter and I always keep it on hand. It has a very sweet taste and you have to take it a few times but it usually knocks the nausea right out. Hope this helps hun.
