So most people with anxiety have a fear of embarrassing themselves in front of others. I mean how many of you wonder "What would people think?" Well today I expereinced embarrassing myself in front of 10 collegues outside of work. I was trying so hard to not seem like I was having anxiety while pulling in the car garage I completley lost track of what I was supposed to be doing and slammed my car into the concrete wall. I will not forget the look on their faces. I was mortified. Now thats its been a couple hours its kind of funny tongue but I bet they think I'm nuts. So the moral of the story: what we fear is never as bad as we think its going to be.  *Now where did I put that paper bag for my face*

Being happy doesnt mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyound the imperfrctions!God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but HE did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears & light for the way
