its easy to slip back to negative thinking with anxiety but positive thinking is very important for improvement
also imagine all the things you will be able to do when better.....
recovery from anxiety is now much easier than it was and we should look forward to a better future

Thank you! I'm so glad to hear that you are seeing positive changes too! Accepting what you can't change really made a difference for me too, in lots of areas, especially the morning. Once I started to accept that the p/a was back and began to just let it be the best I could, it started to slowly improve. It's a tough step, but one worth the effort! Hope you continue to see improvements!!!!!

Aussie, congrats to you too, you've accomplished something huge and should be very proud of yourself, hang in there and keep doing what your doing, it will get easier!
