Thats the thing with anxiety its always changing which makes it so hard to bet, because the fear that this is something "different" has you running back to the Dr again and again. My anxiety changes from chest pain, palps, throat, headache, stomach, etc. The dosages should be kept the same weather its a generic or not. Also the dosages change on why you take it, what med it is etc. It might be that you anxiety is worse because your thinking about
it or it might be you need to change meds. You do know though that palps themselves (unless you have been diagnosed with abnormal heart arrithmia which it sounds like you weren't and don't have considering the test you have been through) are harmless. I would just call and ask the DR. about
changing the dose or meds if they are very bothersome.
