This is the worst I have felt in months! It was picking up last week and now it's even worse. My chest is tight, it's hard to breath and I feel sick to my stomach. It sounds like my husband had a rough night at work, don't know what happened or if he heard news of some sort, but I'm thinking the worst.
I'm so tired and don't want to deal with this stuff anymore. We've had so much go wrong that the money we had finally started saving is dwindeling fast. It's all been stuff that we had no control over and stuff had to be done.

It's snowballing for me again and I'm not sure what to do. I didn't sleep well at all last night and I have to go to work in a bit and wish so badly that I could just stay home.

Breath deeply... just try to relax... everything will be ok hon!! We're here for you *HUGGGS*

Try reading to take your mind off of the stress... it sounds like you may be focusing on it too much.. I know its hard not to... but you have to stay strong. You will get through this dear. :)

Just try to plan out what needs to be done... sit down and talk with your hubby about the problems... only for an hour a day... and then don't discuss it until the same time the next day... and don't think of it!! Just leave that for that time of the day maybe

*HUGGGGGS*

Twiggy said it for me...breath!! It sounds like you and your Hubby are having a tough time but try and hold on to how well you HAVE been doing these last few months rather than how you feel now.  This feeling will pass in time.  Try not to catastrophise about what might be when it hasn't happened yet.  You are in my thoughts xxxxx

Thanks, I think alot of it is I'm tired. I haven't slept well in a few nights and it's almost 1 in the morning here now. I did calm down after a bit and still trying to refocus my head.

I am feeling calmer this morning. Got two of the kiddies off to school, am eating some breakfast and then have to get ready for work and get the last kid dropped off.

I'm working on staying calm.

Doing ok this morning, just a bit of tightness in my chest, but better than before. I still had an off sleep night, I need to get that fixed. I fall asleeep about 9 in the chair, then wake up about midnight. I get up and try to get a few things done and then don't go back to bed closer till 2, then have a hard time falling asleep. I have to get up at 6 and get moving again. Don't know why I have started doing that.

One thing that I learned along the way that helps a lot is sleep hygiene. Force yourself into the same schedule of falling asleep and getting up at the same time every day, no matter how badly you may have slept the night before. DO NOT take naps.

Your body needs routine and a psychiatrist I worked with a long time ago told me sleep is the first step towards mental health. If you don't get that right, it's hard to get anything else straightened out.

Let us know how you're doing.

I did better last night, I did fall asleep on the couch, but instead of waking up and doing things I just went to bed. So tonight I will just try to go to bed instead of falling asleep in front of the tv.
