Is it possible to have panic that lasts for like less than a minute? I was driving home today talking to my dad on the phone. I was talking and I completly lost my train of thought, its like I paused and had to think what was I talking about, when that happened I felt my heart speed up a little and I had the "faint" feeling. I just kept driving and obviously Im ok, Im still wondering what that was?????

this sort of thing happens to everyone, not just anxiety sufferers, personally I dont think driving while using the phone is a good idea

its just being absent minded
