OVER 2 YEARS DEALING WITH ANXIETY

Just to say hi to all,im 27 and i've benn dealing with  anxiety for over 2 years,tryed all kinda meds,some didint work,some did ,but doc would have try to stop me from taking it so i dont get adictive, now i'm on 1mg x 3 a day CLONOZEPAM for about year as needed,and it helps me ,but as all of you know every med almost got simptoms,but im feeling better,used to be hell,now i take 1 or none  maybe every day of CLONOZEPAM,plus i got ZOLOFT,100mg that i soppused to take before sleeping time,i got this prescribed cos all of this started with deppresion at work, working as a manager for 8 years..hedaches for weeks,managin over 60 people,half dont even speak english,so you can imagine how all this started,so i quit that job 8 months ago..and stat felling better.Well cut the long story short, wish you all better future.

  Sounds like you had a hard time trying to deal with that miny ppl at once (alot of stress for sure) I'm glad that you have seen your pdoc about this and feeling better about yourself now I hope that you can stick around and help and to help yourself as well for we have all been there in one form or another  God Bless You

the zoloft may be a big help for the depression and anxiety, I would try it, needs to be taken daily and takes a while to start working, is OK to take with the clonazepam

as always with anxiety it helps to learn new ways of relaxing and calming yourself


recovered former longtime anxiety and panic attack sufferer and helper of other sufferers  but no training or  qualifications in medicine or psychology, any remarks that may be taken as advice must be confirmed with doctor or other health professional

Im fellin ok ,havent had panic attack for about a year,and yea  zoloft i've benn taking for about 2 years,and  clonozepam about year ,on/off,when needed, gettin back to my normal . I guees just like doc told me it might take years to recover.

Zoloft is very good for panic and anxiety and 100mg is on the low side. Most people need 150-200mg and a higher dose may enable you to reduce the Clonozepam slowly over time.

Right, thats what my doc told me,i do take 100mg at night,and 50mg in morning ,but Zoloft dries me out,i do drin alot of liquds specially water,but sometime at night i woke up thirsty.
