Hi waylat,
I took this med for about a week in hospital.  It is an antipsychotic and commonly used in mental illness.  I was prescribed it short term along with my antidepressants as I had severe anxiety and a small dose of olanzapine can help with really bad anxiety.
As I say, I only toom it for a week for my anxiety but I do hear a lot of good reports about it and it does help a lot of people.  High doses can increase your appetite slightly.
Take care
