Hello Anneyz,

Welcome to HW were happy you have joined us here. You will find great support and friendships here.

I get that feeling in my hands and it's like a numb tingling feeling and that side of my hand also turns red. I have anxiety and fibro so I can't really say which one causes it.

There will be other along soon that can help you more on this. Please post often so we can all get to know you better and you us. Hope your feeling better soon.
(((HUGS)))

Being happy doesnt mean everything's perfect. It means you've decided to see beyound the imperfrctions!God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but HE did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears & light for the way

I would see a doc about it, could be many causes

with anxiety, the fight or flight response reduces bloodflow to hands, feet and head, causing tingling and numbness, read up about it on the net
