How long have you been like this Maddy? Have you had any help at all?
Is there a reason why you are feeling this scared?

I think that you need some help and should visit your doctor about how you are feeling as you cannot continue to think this way.

I'm glad that you have found this site and I hope you find some support here.

take care

if not you might want to consider it...

I am 37 and you sound much like me. I am not in onstant terror but I have these thoughts often and especially when I am stressed more. I am hoping my new meds help but I just so much relate to you. I am also afraid of losing my mom. I am married with a teen and working as a nurse and yet I am still scared to death of death too at times. I wish I knew how to stop it.
Take care MAddy71
I also think you need to see a professional right away if you are not already.

any valium type meds would help a lot for a while

an antidepressant that works for you will reduce the anxiety even better

both can be prescribed by an ordinary doctor, seeing a psychiatrist isnt necessary

are you able to get to a doctor?
