During the summer i never seem to have so many or as bad symptoms as I do during the winter.  I am still somewhat new to this, and have been suffering from it for about 2 years now...( basically since joining my current company...

I guess it depends on the weather, most anxiety sufferers do worse when its hot and humid, especially if they are overweight

some prefer the winter, but some dislike long cold grey days, this can be  seasonal affective disorder, SAD, details on the net

, but its often helped by having some bright fluro lights, or a special lightbox in the house

SAD can also mean social anxiety disorder yeah

I know the winter can be harder for me when i'm not getting enough sunshine. I actually got one of those lamps for winter time depression and it seems to help. They also have them at most mental health clinics that you can go and sit by for a little bit.

I too agree that winter is getting harder for me as well I keep telling the wife that I would like to be a snow bird and sell the house and just live in the cabin in the summer time as these long hard and dark winters have been getting to me more and more as I was just looking at the calender thinking back when I still had my plane that this was the time of the year at I would be going hunting for caribou as I allway's looked forward to this but now this is just a thing of the past as I had to sell my plane because of my diabetes as my wings got pulled.
