Hey guys for the past week i have felt as if i can't concentrate on things, and my head seems really out of it.  I was in an accident 4 weeks ago, but it was nothing major.  I did go to the doctor yesterday and he said it was probably just high anxiety/panic attacks.  But could it be more?

Could i be suffering from some form of bleeding or something to cause this?  I would note it to anxiety, but it seems like the feeling is always there.  It is better in the morning tho when i wake up.

It still sounds like it might just be a/p alot of us have the same as you in mornings upon waking and then WHAM the old A/P kicks in full blast to many
I would suggest you do go see your doc if you feel you still have something wrong going on there though
Post and let us know please

Sounds like anxiety caused by a real trauma. I bet you will feel better soon but if it is too much just go right back to the doctor and insist on some help.

I did drive to a hospital but they were closed (go figure).

I took some bayer and it seemed to clear it up, and it isn't as bad this morning. I am wondering if i should just get started on my anti-depressants and see how i am after 2 weeks. 'Cause my health insurance sucks, and i will end up paying a ton for an eeg or ct scan :/

I suggest you find out the effective dose range of your antidepressant and start at about a quarter of the lowest dose and work up

PSUGuy,

Hey! I'm pretty sure what you're describing is what I've felt before... Like my head just isnt there and theres a lot of confusion. It's a weird feeling I can't really describe but basically I just feel out of it & cant think straight until it's eventually gone. Unless your accident was a severe one, I would think this is from anxiety. I have dealt with anxiety/depression/panic attacks in the past and thats what I think have caused me to feel that way sometimes.

Hope that helped!

God bless!

I feel like this a lot of the time lately. I am sure this is part of anxiety. I do hope you feel better soon.
