 I have been having back pain for about a week ,sometimes its worse than others ,i am not sure if its because of tension and anxiety or if i pulled a muscle ,i would like some input on this thanks in advance.

It could theoretically be either...You could always go to a doc and get it checked out.

I'd get it checked out with the doctor. Its probably a muscle spasm or something similar. If you are holding yourself tense, that can cause pain and tension in your back.

Have you got any urine symptoms?? Just to make sure its not a urine/kidney infection. That usually causes pain in the back or the side.

Check it out with the doc and go and get a massage - that will release any tension and also help you to unwind

  I got to say that I tend to get alot of back pain myself from the tension of the anxiety that put's a lot presser on my back as I do have a sliped disk in my lower back and when it starts hurting bad I put on a hot pad and it tends to really relax me from the pain and anxiety.
