Dumb and a waste of my time and energy. So why don't I just stop? Ok, I will!
I am having surgery next week and guess what my worry is? I keep thinking oh gosh, they will cancel it and I will have gone through all that prep and stress for nothing! Can you beat the lameness of that!

I do so understand talked to my doc yesterday about surgery while Cait is gone it is still up in the air though as both him and GI are worried I will break out in the pyoderma sores when surgery is done as any trauma to the body causes the beggars................... even scopes
Wishing you all the best for next week
will keep you in thoughts and prayers

Hi Sharann..I guess it's the old saying 'what ever will be will be..' certainly can understand your anxiety though - it's completely rational..but, try not to do the 'overthinking' thing too much..distraction is a good way to deal with this..I find handcrafts, artwork and jigsaws can really help..but I am sure you have your own theories and will be just fine.

Hope everything goes according to plan.Take good care.

Thanks. I know it will be what it will be. I hate this anxiety. It must have some purpose but I cant figure it out!

If we didn't have anxiety it would mean that we wouldn't worry about any thing or anybody..and that would make us into selfish beings of the arrogant and uncaring variety ~ which we Are Not tongue Indeed we are lovely caring and giving people..it's just that we have a faulty 'off' switch when it comes to anxiety lol..but hey, it's not all bad..and generally people love us just the same anyhow lol...practice your breathing, laughter and smiling..you will be fine I really am sure! yeah
