Hi Much afraid,

Anti-depressants can take anywhere between 4-6 months to kick in properly. If you find that they aren't helping you, maybe revisit your doctor and he/she can possibly increase the dose you are taking.
Don't suffer in silence, see your doctor again as there is more that they can do to help.

Take care

I think they take 4 to 6 weeks, not months

the usual dose range is 10 to 60 so maybe ask doc about upping the dose for a while, sounds liks it isnt heklping now

I started this on Saturday (20mg for dep & anx) - my doc is seeing me in 2 weeks , she said I should be getting some benefit from it by then. So if you are not at the maximum dose you may need it increasing or if you are at max you may need to change to something else.

I wish you well ,

Take care tongue
