I'm sitting here at work and was just checking into websites that deal with anxiety in teens (my 1-year-old son is now dealing with it too) and just reading about panic attacks started me having one.  And it seems like that's always the case....even reading too many posts or hearing something on TV can spur on an attack.  Isn't it bad enough we have to deal with anxiety at all, but we also have to be afraid of this happening. I guess I'm just venting but sure am glad this forum is here because immediately when I started feeling panicky I turned to this site and started writing!!! VERY therapeutic.

Hang in there...I know the feeling...I too with too much "stimulation" will go into panic mode...IF youre gonna read up take breaks...monitor yourself and as the anxiety rises step away and come back when calmer and continue this...

By the way - it's my 16 year old son, NOT my 1- year-old (as I posted) who's starting to suffer with anxiety !! Sorry - that would be a little much.
