Like Michelle said, if it works for you that's great for you

Living in Alaska I eat alot of fish with Omega 3 as it is in the fish we eat and I can say that it hasn't helped me with my anxiety and p/a's but like Michelle said if it works go for it.

we can not make efa in are body! they are one of most important fatty acids that are used in are brains, remember are brain is made up of mostly fatty tissue! a news report was issued 3 weeks ago saying a study was done using omega 3 on people with panic attacks, which seem to improve there case study. all I'm saying it is a key! you have to open that door for your self!I did 2.5 grams a day !I even went to the 5fh leading ENT DR> in the USA> DR ferguson she proscribed omega fatty acids for me! 2.5 grams which have to meet the ifos standard! there is something here if you chose to listen!

Yes Praise God all Mighty! I'm symptom free ,I have lost two jobs because of these panic attacks ,went to dr to dr ,seeking help.what is wrong with me I never had this happen before and I'm 37 yr. young! they all looked at me and Talked too me like I was crazy or making these symtoms up! well they said "your mind can play tricks on you"as thoe i'm crazy, I'm of sound mind.Find a Dr who will listen to you as a person and who cares, about you. and wants to find a cure! not just to put a bandaide on bo bo! or give this bad drugs which have all kinds of bad side effects! find the cause!

The key to start healing from panic attacks,is that enough is enough! are you sick of being sick? then do something about it, Look at your diet first ,and ask your self can the food that I have been eating, make me sick? right down what you have been eating and jog down that day how you feel! you will see a pattern of sickness with what you eat! make changes eat more fruit and raw veggs, and less glutin, yeast, cut out coffee! I drink hersheys natural unsweetened cocoa with Flavanol antioxidants same stuff in red wine, start taking control over health. remember the fungas is amoung us, it could be making you sick

hi shawn, yes i agree about the foods we eat. as they say we are what we eat. i know that caffeine and sugar are big culprits in disease, and anxiety. sugar can also trigger hypoglycemia attacks. anxiety and hypoglygemia(low blood sugar) have the same symptoms. caffeine can also cause low blood sugars. i suffer both from anxiety, panic attacks and hypoglycemia attacks. it is hard for me to tell which one i am having. i have purchased a glucometer to check my blood sugars. i have been attached to this machine. i cant leave home without it. i am obsessed with it. i always reach for it when i start feeling anxiety. if it is a low sugar then i have to take in sugar, and eat something good,  if its normal then i know its a panic attack. the unsweetend cocoa sounds good. how do you drink it. are you feeling better with your diet change. im sure it helps. hope you are...god bless

Fish oil has been shown to be beneficial as a supplement to medication. It has NOT been definitively shown to be beneficial on its own for moderate to severe symptoms of depression. In addition, it must be used cautiously if you suffer from bipolar disorder.

Caution is required, but I'm glad it works for you. However, it does not work for everyone and should not be taken in place of antidepressants without a doctor's supervision.
