It supposedly helps with alertness and mood swings.  Just wondering if anyone has tried this and what affect it had on them?

   Hi Eric

I have never tryed it myself and I don't recall if you are any meds now but you may wish to talk to your pdoc about this and if there are any side affects with taking Theanine with meds

I take it...don't know if it helps my mood, but it does have documented health benefits besides ones pertaining to mental health. Taking it isn't any more dangerous than drinking green tea as that's where it is derived from.
